ABCD Board Member and Community Access Unlimited, Executive Director, Bernadette Griswold donated her staff’s time and expertise to coordinate, order and distribute PPE products purchased in bulk to interested ABCD members.  Joshua Bradley, Assistant Executive Director of Quality Access and Training and his staff’s efforts enabled 19 ABCD member agencies to purchase 300 boxes of PPE including 100,000 masks at a reduced rate to save $35,000.

The North Jersey Elks Developmental Disabilities Agency greatly appreciates the professional purchasing expertise of Community Access Unlimited (CAU) and their volunteer efforts in bulk PPE ordering. Through CAU’s comparison shopping we were able to stock gloves, masks, face shields, hand sanitizer, and infrared thermometers at lower prices than if we purchased them ourselves on the open market. Special thanks to Joshua Bradley for coordinating the purchase, billing, and pick up of the items. Thanks to Joshua and the team at CAU, we are prepared with the supplies we need to reopen our programs for our children and adults.” Bill Weiss, Executive Director, North Jersey Elks Developmental Disability Agency

It was a pleasure working with CAU for the bulk purchase of PPE supplies.  Together it provided a great cost savings and their team was very efficient!  Their auditorium was filled to the brim with our orders, but well organized.  Thanks to Josh for the help and to CAU for opening the offer to all of us with ABCD.” Nancy Phalanukorn, Executive Director, Family Resource Associates.

We are grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity of the people that make CAU, CAU and ABCD, ABCD.
