New Jersey Housing Resource Center : This website is a free service provided by the State of New Jersey to help residents find rental housing. You can search the housing listings by a wide variety of criteria including: location to mass transit, accessibility needs, or affordability. Landlords can also use the site to list available units.

The State of New Jersey Housing Policy and Status Report: This report by DCA examines the scope and depth of housing issues in New Jersey. DCA hopes this report will serve as an informative tool for pubilc stakeholders, a format for coordinating policies between State Divisions and Departments, and a starting point for improving existing and creating new programs, rules and laws. This report is the first part of a two part report that will hopefully serve as a blueprint to meet Governor Corzine's goal of producing, preserving, and financing 100,000 affordable housing units in 10 years.
