Stephen Pawlowski, B&A’s Vice President, has more than ten years of experience in human services operations and financing, budget development, and government affairs. Prior to joining B&A, he was the Chief Financial Officer for the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), a 10,000 employee, $5 billion human services agency. He also worked in the Arizona Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting as a Senior Budget Analyst. Currently, he manages B&A’s projects (under subcontract to HSRI) redesigning programs for individuals with developmental disabilities in the States of Georgia and New Mexico.
