ABCD was pleased to have the opportunity to testify at the March 24th Assembly Budget Committee hearing on the Governor’s FY’11 Proposed Budget. ABCD will also testify on March 25th at the Senate Budget and Appropriations Hearing.
ABCD explained that Governor Christie’s budget is a mixture of understanding the needs of people with developmental disabilities, with increases in funds for necessary services and proposals which have a negative impact on these same individuals, the families who care for them and providers who assist them with services.
